Replied on 1 post and 8 mins later, went to reply on a different thread in Bugs forum to hopefully help someone.
Image should explain enough.
Being allowed to reply once every 1 hour plus might be hurting a bit since it, stops players from helping each other.

Side note: How about, " Sorry, you have posted to fast. Try again in 600 seconds."
