I got account suspension for no reason, the support sucks i sent multiple emails and multiple tickets and got 0 responses on all except one ticket saying I got banned for illegal diamonds purchase... first of all like an idiot I am i spent over 10,000 USD on this game I would not risk buying illegal diamonds so I asked for what time and date said illegal purchase supposedly occurred, however no one has replied to me at all to that query... I have all required receipts and bank statements showing I purchased all diamonds directly from official stores. All I ask is for a chance to prove my innocence however either due to bad support , or lack of concern for my case I am not getting q chance.

Therefore this is my last attempt to contact gtarcade and will proceed to contacting Google Play services and if they agree with me I will request a full refund from them. If not I will be contacting a lawyer as I was illegally banned with no proof provided and no support to reply which is a violation of contract.

Dear Wills,

Our support no longer respond to complains via email. From my understanding, since you have known your cause of suspension, that means our support has responded to you. Unfortunately, we take such violation of the Terms of Service very seriously and it shouldn't be joked about even in chat. It is a valid form of evidence.
I am sorry for your misfortune, however, there's no way that the suspension can be reversed.

  • You and support is a poor lame joke Vita96. You ban players without any proof and if they ask proof you don't provide them. That's because you got nothing no proof and there is no system to detect this auto...the only auto are yours lame stupid answers to us.
    What do you call valid evidence? The fact that you are incompetent?
    You ban him over ss made on a line group app... and whit him you will lose a bunch of others players. Like me or other players from his guild. You start to get a lot of complains lately you open server after server and your game become dull and boring, laggy and crashing but as long you feed whit our money you don't care. I guess is just a matter of time till LoD will be history.

Okay seriously I got Banned cause of a screenshot they did not even check if I bought illegal diamonds or not... now 5 days and no response from anyone, WORST SUPPORT EVER. Contacting google today and bank will refund every damn penny spent on this game and I will report this... 0 support and illegal banning LoD should be blacklisted.

  • I sent an email on 2nd on 3rd and on 4th to support@gtarcade.com & lodsupport@gtarcade.com and 0 replies nothing in spam or junk also multiple tickets on those 3 days on game support and website support. This is the worst support ever... in any game I ever played... I get banned incorrectly and no one responds to me except with automated replies..
