Battle Royal and Guild war Error

Dear lodsupportI've got a lot of problem that happened.

1. We are From Angle Guild 1st Guild on my server HKT-272 lose on the guild war. And player more high br on my guild teammate cant do anything and when they HP full on bar suddenly they have died. And we got a lot of discussion last night. Until we suspect one player do some cheat application. HKT-270.
2. Can't do anything inside Battleroyal
Someone please give the explanation.

1.
It is not possible to use cheat applications on Legacy of Discord as the data only exist on the server.
It sounds like an issue related to the internet connection of your guildmate, he got damage while having lag and when his client actualised, all hp looks like it got lost at one second.
To clarify the reason, please tell your guildmate to write an in-game support ticket including his player id, his server,a brief description and when possible screenshots of the issue, he will find the support system in the settings as seen in the screenshot below:

Our developers are already working on a solution to fix Battle Royal as soon as possible.  You should already have gotten a compensation by ingame mail.

I honestly thought you all had fixed the guild matching in Battle Royale which it has been peoven tonight. That our guild would go against other guilds with the br level 2-3 times more than ours.You want players to keep playing,enjoy the game and such but honestly whats happening is disappointing. When will you fix the problems we have before adding new updates for activities.
