Forgot GT Arcade Account Infos

Good day! I had a problem with my account, I forgot whats its GT Arcade Username and Password and even FB/Twitter links is not functioning. Whats left on me is my recovery email that I had set up. What can I do to have it back?

Dear player,

There are no current reports of Twitter or Facebook login processes not functioning.
Have you perhaps forgot the login details of those as well?

You can set up your recovery e-mail by tapping on the 'Bind' mail icon on your login screen, as shown in the screenshot below:


You can also verify your e-mail inserted by tapping on the Benefits button on your in-game interface, and then on the Email Verification tab, as shown below:

I could not for the mean time utilize the FB and Twitter links. My problem is that I am about to switch phones and I cant see whats my username. With the bind option, I can only send a verification code but still the username wont show up.

1. When I enter the game its automatic and I cant see the credentials anymore like username and password.
2. I tried once its Facebook/Twitter Links and it did not work. But for the mean time Im saving it somehow for future use.
3. Yes I can actually open it, but afraid to log out or use it in another device because as I said I dont know the GT Arcade username.

Dear Player,

first of all I recommend you to bind your account to a binding method (facebook, twitter, google).

You bind it at "Binding" in the benefit bar which you see in the screenshot from wulf88 above.

After you have bound your account, close the game and try to login with your new binding method on your new phone (if it does not work, please contact us again, you will not log out on your previous phone if Legacy of Discord is actually not running on it).

If all works well you can now logout on your actual phone in the settings by clicking on "switch account".

On the now shown login screen, you can choose GTarcade for login, and then you will see your a-mail address which you have chosen for the last Gtarcade log in.

Then click on "LOG IN" on the upper right hand of this forum (first logout when you are already logged in) and click on "Forgot Password?" as shown in the screenshot below:


A new window will pop-up where you need to state your e-mail address (the one which you see in-game) and click on "send", you will receive an E-Mail with an instruction to reset your password which looks like in the screenshot below:


Follow the instruction to reset your password.

Now you have your GTarcade login information again, I recommend you to write them down on a papersheet and put it on a save place in your desk so you will not forget it again.

The username of its GT Arcade account still wont show up thats why I cant proceed with resetting the password. I tried to bind it and log out, after that when I tried to log in using Gt Arcade account no username showed up. So in result I cant reset its password

Please contact our in-game support, they may be able to help you with this issue.

You can submit an in-game ticket by going to Settings->Support as shown in the picture below.


Please include all the following information:
-A brief description of your issue (please make sure you state if you are guest account player/if you linked your game progress/Have you delete the game?)
-Character ID and your In-Game Nickname
-Your server number
-Character level
-Character VIP level
-Character Diamond amount
-Character Nobility rank
-Character Guild name
-An email address that has not been registered to any GTArcade games before (If we find your lost account and verify your authenticity, it will be moved to this account)

I hope you will be back online with your new phone soon.
