My bank disputed a charge because they thought it was someone else. They did it through facebook 2 days ago. Everything was settled with them and you guys got payed for it. Facebook was notified to stop any type of dispute but i guess they still sent it through before hand. Now i go to recharge and notice a thing saying my account could get blocked for security reasons to notify support. I put in a ticket as soon as i saw which was just now and I dont know when it was put. IT said i have 48 hours so i put in a ticket posted on the facebook for your game and am posting here. Everything is settled i have everything i ever payed for and everything is settled else where. I dont know why fb would still send it through. I am freaking out because I do not want my account to be blocked. I wish you guys had a number i have been trying to contact you everywhere i am scared somehow in 48 hours you wont see it. My account is JesseJames. Like i said no refund is needed was a simple mistake idk why it still even went through from them because apparently they were contacted. I just want this settled I dont need a refund for anything i recieved all i payed for, and there is no problem. If someone could get back to me ASAP i would appreciate it this game is my life "sad to say" but its all I have and i am freaking out because this should of been handled. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if someone could get in touch with me or read this to know it was taken care of 2 days ago and there is no reason anything should be disputed its settled. I am glad i went to recharge and saw it or my account could be gone idk what to do i posted everywhere now i will wait for a response thank you.

Hi,

If your payment has not gone through then follow up with your bank or credit card. Usually the message will be “Order Submitted” for payments that have not gone through.
For successful payment it will be “Recharge successful”.

If your payment has gone through and you did not receive your Topaz or rewards, please raise a ticket at the recharge support center link https://support.gtarcade.com/faq/index/cid/380/sid/400/gid/160
Keep track of your ticket number for reference. It can be found in the Address bar. Here is a screenshot for ticket number

Please use Google chrome browser to submit support ticket.

Moderators , no longer forward recharge issues in the Forums support.

If you have a problem with submitting a ticket let us know your in-game name, server name, and order number to forward to dev team.

Are you still there the problem is something was disputed through facebook but everything was recieved the dispute isnt with bank its through them that was made on my account but i have everything and there is no way to cancel it with them

It was a dispute through fb because i originally didnt get what i payed for and then i did a few hours later since then i recharged multiple times and it didnt say anything no refund is needed luckily i checked today i just dont want any chance of my account being blocked over that when its cleared up and i got what i payed for i dont want a refund i have been looking everywhere how to contact them to cancel or tell them its settled i got what i payed for but i cant find anywhere please can you give me any more info what to do

Hi,

Yeah i know but you have to make a ticket about it on support center.

Mods are not supposed to handle recharge issues.

Since the dispute is through facebook i would recommend contacting their support center .

I did contact their support as well and I am waiting for an answer I still have all resources on account even tho I am trying to stop this is support center where it takes me in game when i click the message to put a ticket?
