Red Pet Unlock (Bug or Not bug)

Hi, well I'm a player on EU-889 but along side me, my gf also has an account on same server, there is a big difference she has only 30mil and I have 250mil but I noticed something that even few people from server said it is strange as when you unlock a pet you always get instant BR.

Well as you know at the moment if you spend 35K you get 100 Fragments for red pet, I managed to get that reward on my gf account and when I unlocked the pet Serpent for her she didn't recieve any instant BR at all, only for tablet etc ... like a day or two later I managed to get the reward for myself aswell and when I unlocked the same pet I got 3.9Mil BR instant and then extra from tablet etc ... is it normal sometimes to not get any instant BR if you unlock a pet?

Thats normal and not A bug. To Get any BR from serpentis she has to have lunar cat, lovissa and Ivy too. Its the pet affinity. If she dont have any of the affinity pets she wil not gain any BR. So now she should try Get the 3 pet mentioned and she will get the BR

Dear Guardian,

As had been explained by Ellieone, a complete pet affinity is the source of instant BR when you unlocked a pet. The BR increase depends on how many pet affinity for the specific pet that has been unlocked. If you have none of the affinity unlocked, there will be no instant BR increase.
