If you mean in game no they would have to provide evidence and ss to tos violations and the player would be given a warning etc depending on the devs decision.

On the forums if the player continues to post spam, be disruptive or post after threads are locked etc then yes we have the right to ban / temporary ban until the forum rules are adeheared to
