I upgraded a golden armament to +206, but then found that the soul chain bonuses was gone after that.

Hello Splen,
One of our mods had noticed and reported that bug yesterday, but too late before it can be fixed.
Meanwhile, you can try to recycle and re-upgrade the armament (but don't go over the previous max)
