ss tycoon consume/ regain

No one was even lvl 64 on this server so no one could do consume/ regain event for items that were only used above level 65 >> lilac stones, awakening, and more. 4 or 5 of consume/regain were for above 65-75 level players.
Since your free levelup (15 levels) and other gifts issue all of those players are now getting an edge in tycoon due to leveling up 15 levels. How is this fair to the rest of us who competing with a handicap ?? What are you doing to fix this/ reverse it/ compensate the rest of us for the losses in ss tycoon and because of the gifts given to them in general ? We want a proper explanation.

If no1 was 64 then it doesnt matter. No got a advantage and whoever is winning should still be winning
