Something has to be done.Can something be done? about Alts blocking events not just tycoon the majority of other events too its so ridicilous that any more these days theres more alts on server then real Toons and its has got real bad i know the majority of all other players in LOa would agree how stupid and unfair it can get now you can have the same people in top 10 in SS Tyc for months to years straight and majority of them are alts and their pilots enjoy doing this to people during events out of enjoyment? i guess who knows their all a bunch of nutheads i have been on this one server for nearly 4 years now and i have seen same players for teh past 2and a half years or so be in top 10 in Tyc and majority of them are alts who dont even play game hardly they just do it out of enjoyment of blocking other people ? What is wrong with people these days always sucking fun and enjoyment out of people who truly like the game and is regular players

stop playing if u cant out rank an alt in tycoon
n for a event if a alt win he is saved those for months or years so SUCK it up n save up
if u cant save up play efficiently get maximum with lowest possible cost if u cant then u ve LOW IQ

IF a alt is wining  n ranking top 3 in tyc frequently then Either some one recrg that char or investing massive amount of time with DW n task
if so then that char is not an ALT its called a 2nd char

FIRST learn what is a alt or dummy is then complain
an alt is never gonna out rank a active player
and again if a alt is active attest 50% or more time as main then its a 2nd char not alt

then if u ask me how many alt I ve I will say 10 20 I don't know cause I only use 1 for set dw n log each day to collect n spent less then 5min active time n rest can sleep

Hey ralph,

Aren't you contradicting yourself just a little here? You say everyone knows Alts aren't illegal (they don't break any games rules) and yet you ask for action to be taken to stop Alt abuse. If they aren't breaking rules then they aren't guilty of Alt abuse either. Maybe something else is going on - what kind of unrealistic tycoon points are you talking about?

(Just for comparison: on my almost 4 year old server, we have 20 people in tycoon rankings. 6 of these are alts, in ranks 9, 11, 12, 13, 16 and 20. The players in 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 spots are irregulars who don't log in every day, don't complete all their daily tasks or consuming regaining)

If you have Alts on your server in the top 3 ranks, surely the people playing them are investing the time and/or recharging to obtain those ranks? Since they aren't breaking any rules by doing so, they cannot be abusing those alts? (Please explain if something different is happening)

There actually is nothing against having alternate accounts, but most of the times they wont rank very well for events if they do at all, players mainly use them to assist in other things like upgrading guild levels (thats why you'll see alts come on when there's compensation offered like for this SST)

i know that there is nothing illegal about having a Alt lol everyone knows but every Alt I have encountered gets a lot of points in event not little to none so its a much bigger deal then what people think I just think its stupid for Loa to condone to this much abuse of alts they aren't being used for regular stuff like you stated they are being used to permantley block and mess with people and disrupt rankings

Well ralph_2454 if you can prove that those accounts are alts (sufficient screen shots), showing them ranking and repeatedly targeting players (to rank them lower) as well then there might be case for some investigation.

okay, i'll humour you... the alts on my server are in 2 categories -

1)those who logged in once, collected the comp, did a tiny bit of work and made around 240-300k points in a couple of hours (thanks to DW comp)
2) those who did the above, but also logged in and did daily tasks and CR each day of tycoon - they have 400 to 520k tycoon points each
none of the above seem to have used any event tokens to rank in any ongoing events.

so question remains, are you too lazy to have done any daily tasks during tycoon and simply complaining that an alt got more points than you, or have you worked hard without spending event resources yet still been outranked because someone's alt has done the same?

either way, making a post asking for them to be banned whilst giving no reason they should even be checked is a little petulant don't you think buddy?
