In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Date Recharged
- Amount Recharged
- Unique Transaction ID (from your google payments profile, or your bank statement)
Any screenshots that prove your point should be uploaded first to an image-hosting website (like imgur.com), and then only copy and paste their links into your ticket. You may also upload your screenshots directly into your ticket by tapping on the Image icon at the bottom. The support might take up to 4 business days to respond. Please wait patiently for your issue's resolution.
