For reward claims, you are advised to contact the in-game Support, as they are the only ones with the authority to virtually compensate you in the game.
To contact the support, you can send a web ticket here: https://support.gtarcade.com/search/submit?gid=182
or an in-game ticket, as shown in the screenshot below:


In your ticket, please include your character name, character ID and server ID, as  well as explain your problem thoroughly. Please include any screenshots that prove your claim in your ticket, either by uploading them directly in the ticket menu by tapping on the ''Image'' icon, or uploading them first to an image-hosting website like imgur.com and then provide the links of those in your ticket.

Please wait patiently until the Support responds. If they do not respond in a span of 4 days, please respond to this post below so I can forward your ticket to the Support as a delayed one.

  • I did that they told me wait to collect untill 11 then andother guy said it just takes awhile.  Still no rewards

Sobre o super tycoom eu não recebi minhas recompensas diárias do magnata, zen e grifo. Convertem por favor.
Ainda sim sim eu lezado, pelo atraso dos meus itens
Tycoom top 100 abaixo 15 pet lendário, sobre diária recompensa. Grifo e magnata . Eu sei que não é grande coisa comparado aos demais itens mais esta contado certinho. Lod é um game de metas e paciência para evoluir. Me ajuda please.
