Thanksgiving Value I - Kabam ua4

Yesterday our server was down - not possible to enter game - not possible to recharge any diamonds.

Now day2 of "Thanksgiving Value I" is not activated - and i usually recharge every day during this event a little bit.

Is there any way to get day 2 activated now?

UPDATE: did 2 recharges today - day 2 is activated - but now day 3 is missing...

I will report this for you. Need you to provide the transaction ID from each day you've done the recharged until 18th. You can update the thread everyday until then and provide the screenshot on the 18th which one didn't lit up.

transaction ID is a good idea - but i don't know where i can find this - kabam/wonderhill has no recharge-history etc. - and recharge is only ingame possible.

recharge was with my mobile-phone, today (12:47 and 12:51 gmt) = 6:47 / 6:51 AM Server time

and recharge for day 1 (before Server crashed) was with mobile-phone too - (19:52 server-time) - but this day is not the problem.

i'm sure, the devs can see this without a transaction-id. (not the first time, that there is a recharge-problem)
