Hello...Let me try a provide some more detailed information.
I have talked to PayPal, my 2 banks, and associated CC's...including speaking to the Fraud Departments for each. The institutions all agree that the request is being sent and approved on their end...it appears that the payments processors for GTA...are not completing the process. Nothing has been rejected by PayPal or the others.
The only transaction ID's I have ever gotten came from now using PayPal and getting the screen I attached above about "Order is Processing". No matter how many times I hit refresh or when, the processor listed...in this case WorldPay...is not completing the request, and this is confirmed by PayPal. When I tried PayPal online...I was getting pop-ups from PayPal asking me to confirm my ID...I do confirm my id and PayPal accepts...but payment processor is finishing the processing... Transction ID # 151106804015882 (As shown in the attached SS above.).
As for the CC used, I never see a transaction ID, since all that I get is "Payment Failed", and once again, when I contacted the CC institutions, they did not reject or flag my charge for any fraud. They too indicate it is on the payment processor's end.
I have all of my institutions aware of this game and using PayPal and CC for recharge needs. Additionally, each of my institutions has many levels of Fraud Prevention setup for me so I am constantly alerted to any potential issues.
As a final double-check, no pop-ups are being blocked thru any browser...and I have cleaned the system and all cookies several times.
Please help to address this issue with your Payment Processors, as up till 11/17/2017, I had no issues with PayPal or anyone else.
