Player cannot use comp code

Plays the game thru phone and cannot use the code, from what I gather, she doesn't have the gift box on screen.
Going to get her to try to post in this thread to verify this, wondering if the contents fo teh K79HKFWN8AC7DGTPWF code can be sent to her game mail?

I sometimes play using phone (through Puffin app) and the gift icon were in the game. It should be a way that she can online using browser? Can't send the items from the code just like. Unless she experience same issue like some of the players who having error when using the code (which need to post screenshots in the forum of course).

I'll try and get some more info, she's indonesion, so sometimes the grammar/vocab takes a bit of working around. so far what i've gathered is at first she had a hard time finding the gift box, then it didn't work. I don't know what platform she uses. checkign her details shows she hasn't activated adreana and doesnt' have a full set of fury gear--she has made a couple pieces
