Does this mean always hit/crit, like monkey king (who does not say a number i.e. 100%)
or does this mean the attack has an extra 100% chance to hit/crit?

If the previous effect is triggered, deal an additional 20% DMG

Assuming it means always hit/crit, then the 20% DMG bonus would be triggered 50% of the time. There would be no reason for it to be in a separate effect. It should be written as:
"When attacking, there is a 50% chance that the attack will have 100% chance to Hit and Crit and have increased damage by 20%. "


So, atleast one is worded incorrectly

My honest opinion is that it's not an issue worth reporting since it is not exactly bad written. Some times there are more than one way of stating something and we prefer to have devs work on bugs and more important things instead of minor hehe but still in my opinion this could cause many other players being puzzled and start asking about the skill and reporting that it's bugged because they cannot read it correctly, so I will put it as a suggestion.

It may look strange to have 2 points, but I guess it works fine in the original language.
Its still clear, and should not cause any confusion.

It does say "always". "Cannot miss" is the same as " has a 100% to hit".

Unfortunately, they are not consistent with their skill translations from Chinese language.
Thats not the only example, but I guess we should be happy that its proper English and understandable.
