i dont know about the tycoon on new server after 7days quest, is that tycoon can participate other server or only in new server? i dont have any idea. would you please answer my question.

If the event is named as ''Resource Tycoon'', then it is only for that particular server.
The ''Super Tycoon'' is a cross-server event where many players can participate from different servers.
