New Mount / Outfit (patch 3.11.0)

Hi,
today was a new patch V3.11.0 where you have added a new Mount "Moonlight Carriage" and Outfit "Fairy Tale".
Both is in the China Version normal a part of the marriage system, where you can get normal this mount/outfit and not over events as Black Friday Wheel.. so we will get the marriage system now soon too?

We are not told about this kind of releases nor do i think there will be a marriage system any soon - Unless there's enough interest from the players.
