Account Sign In-Confirmation of completion

Hello,I have completed what was required for this and have not yet received a confirmation email. It has been almost 2 days now and nothing. I did the same for another one of my accounts and received the confirmation email directly after. Was hoping something this could be checked somehow.
When i go the the page now i see this but im wondering if i compeleted this successfully or not coz no confimation email.
