I first posted a ticket on this item on October 17.  I have received no response as of today 11/26.  https://support.gtarcade.com/mytickets/details?qid=816&gid=39

I purchased from Angel Party > Angels' Gift, the 'Winter Castle' from the "Hot Goods" tab.  It never appeared in my Homestead Stock or Decoration's window.  I had the cost of the purchase deducted from my Starfishes.
I'm still out 400 small starfish and 100 large starfish.  I'd like a resolution on this issue.  PLEASE respond. Ok?

Hello. Congratz on finding your way to the forums!. Tickets have not worked in a very long while, so its no surprise that you never got a response. In order to have this checked, i would need screen shots of the shop page in question on the day that you bought the item.

on which day did you purchase the winter castle? without a screen shot reflecting the purchase we will need a time frame of purchase to get the devs to look at the logs for that time...in the future, upon noticing an issue such as this please get a screen shot right away

i am so sorry this has dragged on this long, when you floor reply we do not get notifications that you have replied    which platform do you play through? i am going to put this into the reports for you, but i cannot guarantee the devs will do anything without a screen shot of the event with the purchase made and it not in your inventory otherwise. But we can still try.

  • Thanks for getting back to me.  I don't know how else I can verify that I got nothing for the Starfish I spent in the event. Can we really be expected to take a screen shot of everything we purchase in the game?  I'm not sure what you mean by "which platform" do I play through? I play on a Mac using OS 10.10. I play most often using Firefox Browser. I"m on server UA178 after the earlier merge from Lael 739
