Last 5 Adreana awakening shards NEVER RECEIVED

the last day of collecting Adreana`s awakening shards, I ciicked and it said Collected, but IT DID NOT GIVE THOSE LAST 5 SHARDS TO ME, and I am not the only one that didn`t received those last 5 shards - why? And both of us should get them...

The Adreana Awakening event in Hot Events spanned from the 16th-25th November, thats why we asked for screen shots of your check-in's. It clearly states that you had reclaimed the 16th's check-in, meaning you were not on the 16th, for the 1st day of the event to collect the 5 shards.

If you had been sincere about it from the start we may have been willing to assist in helping you get those last 5 shards, but now you can guess why we would not be inclined to do so.

Hi there Divine when posting a thread on the forum remember to include your IGN (in game name), server and platform (GTA/FB/R2). Can you also supply a full screen shot (showing IGN) of your daily check-ins

It was Adreana`s awakening shards in Hot events, not in check-in`s, but ok -
IGN Divine server ub60 as it says in pics, to add here also, I play through Facebook Gameroom
