Does Snow Queen target enemies? So can stun and use abilities on?

I was curious is Snow Queen targetted the enemies in a way in which she could potentially stun and debuff with item skills.  I'm mostly thinking in regards to the stun ability of ring, damage reduction of helmet and attack/rage drain abilities.

   Snow Queen does not debuff enemies by herself, you can use equipments ( like rings, helmets, etc), sylphs, khaos cards, etc for doing so. You can not silence, chaos or stun your enemies if they have resistance to them.

i think what you are asking is this...
imagine my main character is a snow queen equipped with that ring that has a chance to stun XD
even if snow queen hits all enemies with her skill. the one considered the target is the one right infront, the target is always the one you would be hitting with a normal attack even if you are using an aoe skill.
so my main there could stun just that one that is pointed out in the screenshot (if it´s not inmune to stun)
