well I am probably not the right one to respond to it... but there is no special promo for 1000$ recharge.
In shop you get 99$ offers. And special rewards in Recharge rewards are there for those donated ...
1000$ is like 10x99$ recharge =10x10k = 100k diamonds... If I remember correctly there are rewards covering always up to 50k diamonds and special events with "more" recharge rewards ... just look in recharge rewards which is there permanently ...

actually the highest single recharge amount in-game is for 10.000 diamonds  (depending on device & country it costs round about 99$).

Some countries have the possibility to recharge up to 50.000 diamonds through our website.

But there are no additional recharge rewards when you recharge more than 50.000 diamonds at one time (or short term period), the recharge rewards with its reward period you can see in the "Recharge Reward" section ingame.

And every few days there are additional double recharge rebate in-game where you can double your recharged diamonds (up to 10.000 single recharge).

Some times there are additional recharge rewards in events.

Apart from these there are no additional recharge rewards.
