charged twice for single recharge

This is the 2nd time in the matter of days that I have been charged twice for 1 recharge. I am enclosing a ss of what I am saying and want to know if I can be refunded the money I didn't intend on spending. I recharge often and don't want any problems. IGN Lase horae s279 or ua147 after merge... I play thru gtarcade.

wow I just noticed it charged me 3 times on 12-1... this needs to be fixed asap. I hadn't even paid attention to it

I don't want a refund just want you to fix the problem so I don't have it again.

Hello Lase unfortunately if your recharges were successful and you got the diamonds, refunds wont be possible. Maybe try and figure out what it is you're doing that could be causing the proccess to load twice (if you click more than once or dont wait to see the pop up message whether the transaction was completed the first time or not)

Yesterday I recharge 100 Diamonds and I got charge x 3. If I am unable to get a refund I won't charge a single penny ever again. Please can someone contact me in relation of this matter?

Hello there, don't hijack other player thread and make your own post. we will need your details like IGN, server name and platform name. we need SS of your recharge and transaction ID for each recharge. we also need to know how many recharge you did total and how many diamond you received for it but not here, make your own post please.
