Dear mods, i would like to understand more about this issue, because it's already been 3 days since i sent the ticket and i only got this answer :
"Hello, dear player, you can not recharge since we´ve received security risk alert. Please try another way to recharge. Regards."
So my 2 questions are:
- from where i can still recharge my account, until i got this problem solved?
- i changed my credit card and my last recharge was made by that one. After that, no way to recharge more. Is that the problem?

Dear spina,

Let it be known that the developers are aware of the recharge issues that some players are experiencing.
They are trying to fix this problem as soon as possible, as it is of the greatest importance.

You are still advised to wait patiently until this issue is resolved. Recharging from the official website is also an option you could try, with many payment options available. Sending a ticket to the Support will speed up this process, as the developers compile a database of the accounts affected by it.

I really would like to, but it seems it's not possible, because LoD is not listed, when i want to choose the game for recharging.

Dear spina,

This means that payment through the website for Legacy of Discord is not available in your country.
It is with great regret to inform you that for this particular case, the only thing you can do is wait patiently for another response from the Support or for the matter to be resolved completely by the developers.

I would advise you to send another ticket to the Support at different intervals, so they update you with their progress on this matter.

Meanwhile, you can try to recharge using our web recharge here.
