New TT Tourney Broken

Hey Devs not quite sure what your smoking over there but must be illegal in all other countries.  NEW and IMPROVED meas Glitched BUgged and Broken I think I am catching on to the lingo at Loa.  My team lost battles we always win in server prelimiaries and we met the requirements to win the fights but half our teams had no heros added or just main in battles 2-5.  and we fought full team so if you are right handed team you have no prerequisets you need to fight with you get full team?   Can someone please advise now my team lost in this round and may not advance.  Kinda sucks.
