Hi,

Went to recharge monthly card ($10.00) and got the following message/screen (see attachemt).
Thinking maybe I mis-enter information, I redid - still no success.

Please help.

tried other browsers, same result   and protection was disabled to try and complete transaction.

Can you please tell us your platform, payment provider and what browsers you are using?
Also is it before or after update?

Sometimes that happened when the connection took long to load and it's failed. Can you try close all other browser (if you open more than one) and only try do the recharge? And double check internet protection (disable it) before you you try the recharge again.

even thou it shows other browser icons, they are non-functioning during re-charge attempts (not open nor active).
internet protection remains disabled while attempting recharge.
same results, no recharge, when trying other browsers.

Based on the images you have shared, it seems that there is some sort of security blocking the payment from happening. Please disable any additional security programs you might have and try again.
