Recharge Rejected again? WTH?

The last 3 weeks I have tried to do a recharge and keeps tell me declined and I know for fact that there has been money in my account becuase I have done it on pay day and I have checked my account before I have tried to do the recharge. So what is going on here????

That's unfortunate.
I suggest you to try recharging through Paypal. If it does not work, the issue is most likely associated with your credit card or the payment provider.
