Hi.Im playing this game since 1 week i was playin on euw and now i'v changed server to HKT-1279
on euw i was have no delay but on Asia server hkt-1279 i'v like 2 sec delay but i dont have anyping [25ms]
can u help me please i cant play i cant do anything

You should know that the 'ms' shown in the screen might not reflect the actual delay in the game.
This probably happened because you are residing outside of the HKT area, but you play in their server. There is an inherent delay if you are that far away from where the servers are located.
