angel tears not crediting correct

sirs-- i have spent 1100 angel tears on my angel elven king and only recieve credit for 410 in consumer regainning.  you know angel tears is one of the most expensive resources in the game and to not be credited for the correct amount is wrong.  i know exactly what i put in.  when i first do daylies i put in 100 tears on one of my angels.  when i went to consumer regainning it showed no credit.  i refreshed and figured i need to build my main angel any way so i put in 1000 (the required amount).  when i returned to hot events i find it had only been credited for 410.  i refreshed thinking it was probably lag but it wasnt. please correct the problem and give me the consumer regainning rewards for the 1000 angel tears.  I play on server-- ua253   player name-- ccmro68

didn't know when u would get back to me so i finished the consumer regaining for angel tears (tycoon)  its still messed up did it 100 at a time still not crediting correctly.  had another issue received compensation for rc issues.  i am a lvl 86 player and received comp for lvl 74-85 not 86-100

For the compensation part, you're only able to collect one of the Prismatic spin compensations, not all. For the level 90 compensation, you need to be level 90. Not any lower.

As for the angel tears, What level is your Angel? If he is above a certain level it will only use the number of tears needed to level it up, not use every single tear you wanted to use.
