When I try to recharge 500 or 2,000 diamonds I get the message in the attached file - already purchased will be refunded.  I called Apple support and they said it’s a game problem, because the purchase doesn’t go through, they can’t refund anything.  The in-game support has been unhelpful, they said call Apple.

Please ask a tech/developer to look into this.  It’s been broken for over a week now.  I’m sure you want my money...

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

Please contact our in-game support team, they are the only department with the possibility to handle recharge issues.

You will find the ticket system in the in-game settings as shown on the picture below:


Please include your ID, your server, a link to the screenshot with a brief description.

The in-game support team may ask you for additional information if nessecary.

Did you even read what I wrote? I said I tried with in game support (multiple times).

Product support for this game is freaking worthless.

I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our in-game support, but I ask for your understanding that forum moderators has no possibility to help you directly, we only can give you the advice to contact the in-game support as they are the only ones with the possibility to help with recharge issues.

If you post screenshots of your tickets to this thread, we maybe can further assist you in what you need to do next, otherwise the in-game support is the only option, or apple support if in-game support clearly state you need to contact them.
