Adreana awaking shards not recieve

am including screenshot of my bag. Can not get a screen
shot of Activity log from last month. Was on everyday
last month and every month!

As said above, they should have been sent by in game mail. Please note that when you reply with a quick reply, we are given no notice that you have updated us with new info, or that you are asking for an update. Could you please check your in game mail, and make sure that nothing is there, and also check your bag to be sure they were not added directly to your account? If they are in neither of these places, please give a new screen shot, and we can get this re-reported.

So this is the way you treat the players in your game, just jerk them around? I never got a reply from DEVs whoever that is! I still would like the 5 shards I never received for Adreana and jumped through the hoops and would like a answer! There are many other games I can spend my money on that will at least resolve issues for players!

Its unfortunate that you weren't able to receive the shards but according to the reports, the awakening shards were sent to you if you hadn't missed the collection everyday.
