Hi graydragon I'll file a report for you in the meantime, but if you recharged through Adyen please be advised that their increased security checks sometimes interfere with the transaction, so just check if the money has left your bank account. And how many diamonds are you missing, and other rewards (from HE)

Zero - I do not need to check anything. The Transaction went through Adyen today @ 12:08 according the response from Adyen. I did provide the transaction number, 151309849527255.

Are GTA and Adyen having issues again?

Zero - Again this is not a USER/Player issue but is a GTA issue. I have a Transaction number from Adyen which says the Recharge was Successful. There is nothing I can do on my end so I expect GTA to fix this issue.

graydragon based on the announcement made by our supermoderator regarding recharges through Adyen, it is not in GTA's power to change their security risks. Even if it said that the transaction was Successful, you have to check with your bank if the money was deducted and actually successful or not

I have reported your transaction ID to be checked, but you are still advised to check with your bank, and if the money wasnt deducted then try an alternate means of payment.

unfortunately I do not have the ability to contact Adyen concerning this issue and should not have to worry about it since Adyen works for GTA. GTA is responsible since GTA deals directly with Adyen. If Adyen is unable to service the players GTA need to find a replacement for Adyen. Since GTA offers Adyen as option for making recharge payments, GTA is responsible for all of the problems or issues which arise from Adyen's performance. The players cannot be responsible if Adyen does not submit the charge but provides a statement saying the Recharge is Successful and since Adyen works for GTA, GTA is also responsible.

Well like I stated repeatedly, we are not asking you to contact Adyen, just to check with your bank if the money was deducted or not. If the money was not deducted then you can try an alternate means of payment, and if it was deducted but you didnt get the rewards then we'll check the transaction ID and send any missing rewards.

Thank you for the little help you have been Zero. I have no desire to try an alternate method of RECHARGE. If GTA cannot get Adyen to correct their issues, GTA should find another company to replace Adyen. I have had similar issues with GTA's recharge system and using an ALTERNATE option has not worked. you can check with nyx.

Please accept my apologizes if you feel I have not been polite or if I have offended you as that was not my intention. I understand you are simply a messenger.

In my opinion GTA is responsible for all of Adyen's problems, issues and mistakes.

I think silver still waiting for you to check with your bank to see if any $ was deducted....Once you give us that info, we can help you further.

But not much we can do w/out that info. Just call your bank or log into their online site and check the transactions, report back with the info.
