Hello, it's been a few weeks since the recharging issue (where there's no confirm recharge window pop up) started. Please fix it as soon as possible. In-app purchase on different games can be performed, the only error is in LOD. Contacted iTunes already and they said they don't have problems on their end, so please fix this mess.

Dear Player,

please contact our in-game support team by writing a ticket, the in-game support is the only team with the possibility to handle recharge issues.

You will find the ticket system in your settings in-game as shown on the picture below:


Please include a brief description, your character ID and your server, screenshots of the issue are also appreciated, you can upload them to an image sharing website and state the url in the ticket.

The in-game support my ask for additional information if nessecary.

Numerous tickets have already been sent to the in-game support but no proper action was done.



iTunes has already provided their explanation, and they said that there is no problem on their end.

Please fix the recharge issue immediately.

As you have already noticed, some players are experiencing the recharge issues you are facing for the last few days.
The developers are trying to fix it as soon as they can.

I am going to forward your case to the developers, so they can be notified once more of your situation.
Please stay patient until the matter is resolved. Moderators do not have the power to fix anything to an account, you have to wait patiently for the development team to find a solution and the Support team to resolve the matter.

We appreciate your understanding.

Few days? It’s been almost 2 weeks for me now , I’d send numerous tickets to the supports in games and no action has been taken.  This is really frustrating and  I am very disappointed how you guys are treating customers.

Dear alex,

We are sorry that you feel this way, but there is nothing I can personally do from my end, other than forwarding your issue to the Support team.

Until then, please try, for one more time, reinstalling Legacy of Discord and redownload all the data packages again. Do this only when you have bound your account to other binding methods. You may also try to login through a different binding method than the one you use to, and see if you can recharge through that.

If all fail, you have to remain patient and wait for a response from the Support.
I apologize that I cannot do anything more to assist you personally.
