4th Anniversary Chest(Adv) BUG !!

Firstly, many happy returns of the anniversary.

I don't mean to be a crybaby but I am one who would notice it since I had used it all up in Tycoon event prior to 4th anniversary event...
Yes, I had consumed all my capsule coins. It was a delight to see that the 4th Anniversary Chests (ADV) had capsule coins but NONE were rewarded !!
I have checked and re-checked my Inventory over and again.......NO CAPSULE COINS!!

I have no idea what kind of screenshot(s) to provide as proof of the above, BUT I do hope that I can have my rightful share of Capsule coins from the 4th Anniversary celebratory rewards.

Its unfortunate to hear that.

To start with, Please provide your IGN, server name and platform you are from.

As for screenshots, if you are saying you don't have any capsule coins; Please provide uncropped screenshots of all pages of the other tab (the last tab) of your inventory.

Hi eternalnightmare,
Sorry, I didn't see your reply as I was seeking advice from other members in X-server chat, but this is what I did.

I spent 100 diamonds to get 1 more 4th anniversary chest(ADV) just to screenshoot my inventory before and after opening the chest (yes, i closed and re-opened inventory just to be sure).
