Hello, when checking my bank account I just saw a recent payment of 99,99€ to GT Atcade. As i am sure i had no recent recharge, i checked till mid november and found again
the same payment. I went to check on Google Play history and it confirmed I have not done those purchases.

Now Google Support asked me to get in touch with you. To whom can I write to have this big issue solved ? I wont write to game support as it is an serious issue with no link
to in game stuff.

A man has to do his daily chores as well as work or sleep. We are not robots.
This thread was created in less than 15 hours yet you are complaining that no moderator is replying.
I do not think I ever let a post be unanswered for more than a day, for your consideration.

For unauthorized bank charges, you have to contact the Support.
To make an in-game ticket, please follow the instructions as per screenshot below:


Alternatively, to contact the support through the web, please visit the following link and create your ticket:
https://support.gtarcade.com/search/submit?gid=182

In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Date of charge
- Amount charged
- Unique Transaction ID or GPA number (from your google payments profile, or your bank statement)

You have to provide to the Support as much information as possible regarding this unauthorized charge, including unedited screenshots of your payments profile as well as your Bank statement. The support can verify whether you made these transactions or not, and they can guide you as to how you can refund it without anything bad happening to your account.

Again, let me remind you that for a serious issue such as this, contrary to what you believe, contacting the Support is the only solution.

Dear Vita,

I just checked and my ticket was put from open status to closed without any comment !!! Is the support just considering people as numbers and not giving a f*ck at all when money is coming at insane pace ?

What shall I do now except asking full refund over one year period for fraudulous methods ?

I truly apologize for that. Did you submit your ticket from our website? If so, please submit a new ticket from inside the game. You can find it by clicking the GM button on the chat tab or by going to "Settings->Support"
The in-game support are more prompt in responding to players. They may, however, take up to 3 business days to respond.

There seems to be a little problem with our web support. I have reported it before and I thought it has been improved. Could you help me by providing screenshot of the closed ticket here. I will address it with the support team once again.

Please do not attempt to make a refund without consulting with our support as your account may be subjected to suspension. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this has cause you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
