Let all who attend wb get a chance to flip card hit or no hit

I believe letting all who attended wb qualify to flip a card in wb even if unable to get a hit in, I think that would stopped all those unhappiness with hard hitters. And rather than having 1% requirement in hot event, let attendance in wb be enough, all these would stopped many unhappiness with one hit kill and need not kept upgrading wb monster. Something should be done about WB, because too many players can 1 hit all three dragons. Make it difficult for those servers, put in 6 dragons, make it harder. Do something.
