Calimon on Zenock 973 server passed away in his sleep several months ago, he was a retired military man, he ran a guild called Genesis on zenock and had many friends, he was also a mod on loa 2, league of angels showed enough respect upon this mans death to run a banner sending their condolences, now the problem is since his passing his email account and toon have been taken over by Bloody Demise on this same server, she removed him from his own guild placed him in her guild which is now an alt guild, and she has moved her toon to another guild, calimons toon has ranked in many events since his death, his toon is being used to bully people on the server, ie raiding,attacking,enslaving,one hitting world boss,ranking in events including ss tycoon, most of us were friends of this man and should not be forced to watch this illegal act which is disgusting and tasteless, she has not only stolen this mans toon she has given his email and password to all the members of the guild she is in and they also get on this toon to use it, Im sorry but dead men dont play loa and his family and friends are tired of you people ignoriong this act, you posted on his death now do the right thing and shut his toon down immediately, he is dead he can not consent to these people using his account and DEAD MEN DONT PLAY LOA, to all other players make sure before you inadvertently die that someone who was a moderator isnt going to be illegaly be accessing your account because apparently loa doesnt respect your privacy

if the above statement is true, I think this is the one time LOA should make an exception.  ban the account and end it.

well lets see,...playing the game and raiding and hitting wyrms etc. isnt bullying...its not an illegal act....and people are just mad because they still cant beat him....if this fu c k head was even Cali's real friend then theyd know that Calimon loved the game so it would be no disrespect to work on his toon...he'd love that....also the person who is accessing his account was his partner before death and had permission to do so and no one else has the log ins but his partner so quit crying because you are getting your ass beat by a dead man s toon....he's prolly laughing about it right now and proud if he is looking on from another realm....

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we are able to do in this case, because the password and other account information was given freely before his passing.
