I cant open my account

I cant open my account in my server Thalassa (S294)-HKT just now. I got an error message.
It stated:

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please report this message and include the following information to us.

Hello badrulsuz, HKT servers are currently under maintenance due to an issue with Hot Events, so its not just your server. It may be a while (can take up to an hour or a few) till they are back up and running so please be patient for now.
