Hello!
It's possible make in IOD lvl 5 with rank #6 and get one Soul Reaper? I have got mails with rank #17 where I recive 1250 repers. It's a mistake? I play S1439.Oceanus-GMT.At last today I have got 3 matches where i dont recive any reaper.

Hi,

This is not a mistake.

After you reach the daily limit of 15 thousand soul reapers you will only get 1 per match.

After you played so many as shown in the screenshot then you probably reached the limit.
