I submitted a ticket on 11/5/2017 that has yet to be addressed regarding navigation king.  I made several diamond purchases during the event, but did not receive any pirate gold (21,245). I spent close to 7940k diamonds I initially created a ticket, but am now making a post in the forum, hopefully it can be addressed.

Ok, thanks Brion...but we still need the info I asked on your bug post... I you have it...

Here's my response to you there as a reminder:

"Tickets haven't worked in 2 years. The proper place to post something like this is in Support forums here but will be ok here for now.

I know its been a long time, but do you have better screenshots of the issue form back in Nov? Ones that include your IGN and the date?"

  • I have 5 screen shots, all like this showing the amount of gold spent and the amount of coins I was supposed to receive from the game.  I guess that's no help.

So you don't have anything that shows a timestamp on those screenshots?

How about a receipt/ transaction ID from where you re-charged...

Or the Date/ time from the file on those screen shots?

Can maybe do a SS from the SS that shows date in your files...
