Can't collect rewards in Tycoon

Dear Lod

I cannot collect my rewards in tycoon. I have used in game support but no response. I also sent in a ticket for incorrect ranking according to points shown.
I have sent links for pictures to show the incorrect rankings.

What can be done to fix this before the event dissappears? I am not the only one.
