Does Bull Totem add to HP max? Or just add health?

Does anyone know how this totem works? Will it add to my HP cap?

Hi Player. From what I understand, the Bull Totem does not add to the HP cap, instead it adds Health. I hope that helps. Happy playing!

It converts the damage you do to the enemy into health. Just like some weapons do. Like the T1 gear that steals %hp and gives to u, same thing
