can anyone help me with this since I am waiting from a long time and as usual no response from the support team I created a new account and tried to play with it and reach rank 1 , but as usual GT like to ruin the moment and tells me that I have a recharge failure .
I even contacted Apple and they said you paid the amount so the problem is from the developers

For recharge issues, please resort to the ingame support by contacting them through an ingame or a web ticket.

To make an in-game ticket, please follow the instructions as per screenshot below:


Alternatively, to contact the support through the web, please visit the following link and create your ticket:

In your ticket, explain your issue thoroughly and report the following information:
- Server ID
- Character ID
- Character Name
- Date Recharged

Any screenshots that prove your point should be uploaded first to an image-hosting website (like imgur.com), and then only copy and paste their links into your ticket. You may also upload your screenshots directly into your ticket by tapping on the Image icon at the bottom. The support might take up to 3 business days to respond. Please wait patiently for your issue's resolution.
