   Having issues with tree cannot collect rewards and will not let me see lucky coin shop.  I have been trying to buy resources to get higher in tycoon if i can't get my resources i can't win tycoon.  also lagging really bad and i think i have been cheated on the tree of diamonds and resources.  The draws don't add up to the winnings.   Please help fix the issue ASAP.  so now i lost out on another level and lost diamonds.  Also i did a recharge and it said 0 days i monthly card, now i can't collect its the next day it should have reset and it didn't.  I want my tycoon and diamonds and my montly card for collecting diamonds ugh get your head out of the clouds and fix the issues with this game.

Recharging on the day your card runs out will not reset your card, you have to wait until the next day before your monthly card can be activated.

Please refrain from making accusations that the mods don't help anyone. Us mods do everything we can to assist users and help resolve their issues.

In the meantime, I'll make a new report related to the monthly card issue you had.

Devs are still on Vaca for Chinese New Year, so could be awhile til you hear anything.

And when they test your account, they actually Log into it and look around, I don't know what day they did it.

Hello Drago, have you tried rebooting your PC/Modem, cleared your CASHE, tried a different browser yet?

Hi Anthony, the developers tested your account and say there is nothing wrong. Maybe it is due to some sort of lag on your part. I suggest cleaning your cache and pc system again and trying a different browser again.  Also check your flash to make sure it is updated. It also could be the speed of your internet.
