To start, we understand your concerns and frustrations over the recent Recharge issues for iOS users and appreciate your patience as we resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We want to address a few of your concerns here today.

Q: Why is the Recharge issue with the App Store taking so long to fix?

A: Regarding being unable to download LoD from the App Store: When we first discovered the problem on May 12 (Saturday), we immediately confirmed with Apple and arranged to re-upload the patch to the App Store. But because everything took place over the weekend, the entire update process was unfortunately held back. We deeply apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
Regarding being unable to Recharge and/or funds going back to your iTunes balance: We are still are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue. Our Customer Service is currently providing full support for Recharge issues on iOS. If you have a Recharge issue, please click [Support] within the game to contact our Customer Service.

Q: We have noticed that there are some rumours created such as us violating Apple's data policy and Apple's privacy policy.

A: We must clarify here that we never violate any Apple data policy and Apple’s privacy policy. And we have no willing to collect anyone’s private information.
Legacy of Discord - Furious Wings Team has always devoted the time to offer our players the best game experience. We strictly followed Apple privacy rules, including Collection and Use of Personal Information, Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information, Cookies and Other Technologies, Protection of Personal Information, etc. We deeply understand your worries.

Please note, safeguarding your privacy on your device is also our responsibility.

Q: Will there be compensation for these issues?

A: Yes, the dev team is currently preparing a large compensation for all of our affected players. We know many of you have been greatly inconvenienced and we will make sure the compensation is satisfactory. Please stay tuned for more details.
