Hello, good afternoon, Ultimately and no matter what the 3 priority tickets are used, 12, 24, 36 hours and more may pass, and nobody responds to the reported cases. If you use this mechanism to answer our problems but you do not fulfill your function, by what other means can you give me an answer to the cases?

I have the tickets number: 7645924, 7645404 and 7645402
Server: EST-S144

Moreover, tickets have been closed automatically because days can pass and nobody responds.

EST-S144 too, but it is the fault of the developers that leave servers without players and do not integrate them. And even more, if they do not respond to complaints or questions to our concerns

Many servers are dying and they do not do anything to fix it, before bored more and more players with so many bugs that do not respond. I put complaints in Support and almost never answer them and the few that respond only say that they will review them but they never solve anything. Be it on Official Web Page, on Facebook, here in forum, everything does not matter, until these supports are dead, and no administrator reviews, responds or gives any solution to our claims.
