remove gem limitation and add block gems

no limit of how many same gems can be inserted .
no limit of where the gems can be inserted , def gems in to the swords as well

add block gems to all gears

add gems exchange so player can change their gems vice versa , for example trading all atk gems to def gems and inserting def gem in the sword


also increase BR gained from DEF stat by 5 times , its very important stat !
