How to link your game center account to Gtarcade

To link a game center account you need to provide customer support with an email address you wish to use when you sign in to GTarcade. You will also need to provide them with a temporary password that they should apply to the account (you can change this later by using the reset password functionality in gtarcade).

If you don’t provide any password to be used, customer support will set a random password for you.

Step one: Open an in-game ticket by going to Settings -> Personal -> Customer Support in-game.

Step two:  Open a ticket with the following information:

• Subject: Connect game center account (iOS) with GTarcade
• Email to use for gtarcade account (MUST BE A MAIL THAT IS NOT ALREADY CONNECTED TO GTARCADE);  
• Temporary Password to use for gtarcade account;
• GPA-Number or iTunes Store order number for your last purchases;
• Account creation date;
• You device type and model.
  
  

Step three: Wait to hear back from customer service. Remember, you will not get notified when you receive a response so ensure that you check your ticket status frequently!

Once you have received confirmation that account has been created you can sign in, using your gtarcade account.
