Lost character

My character is Lost. I logout from the game than I log in after 10 minuts and character gone. Character name mpt712 LVL 412 I spend some money for diamonds. I play on Google account . Please help me

Here are a few troubleshooting steps on lost account:

First, determine what kind of account you are trying to recover.
For gtarcade account click ""forget password?"" on login interface to change your password if you don't remember it.

For guest account, first sign out, then try clicking ""login as Guest"" button on the login interface, make sure you use the same device for registration.

For Google/FB/Twitter/IOS game center account first sign out, then login again with your original login method.
If after login you dont immediately see your old character, dont panic, click back out from character creation screen, tap ""switch server""and use ""All characters"" option in all three regions(EU, US and Asia) to see if your character is there.

If the problem still exists please file a ticket to support with the character & server name, and details regarding this issue so we can look into this.
